Paper Abstract:      The goal of this paper is to describe the stages of a case study developed during the second semester of 2004 with the team of the EduKbr Portal part of the KBr/Kidlink Project involving the use of a Learning Management System, the AulaNet, that has been developed at the Laboratory of Software Engineering (LSE) in PUC-Rio. Prior to this experiment it was noticed that most people on the team had not identified with the interface of such environment that is available in one of the EduKbr Portal’s site. The objective of this experiment has been to observe the attitude change of the teachers and researchers of the team. The success reached by this experiment has made it possible the construction of a formation program for multipliers that it will be available soon in the EduKbr Portal. This fact represents a great innovation, since these multipliers will be the teachers who are the main users of the Portal and they will work with their students using a new pedagogic tool. In this paper we describe: the theoretical foundation, the EduKbr Portal, the AulaNet environment, the methodology of the case study, the main results and the future work.
