Paper Abstract:
|
With the price of ultra-high-performance vehicles (power-to-weight ratio > 370 horsepower per ton, total mass < 4500 kg) dropping and the user base becoming younger, the safety accidents they cause have become increasingly prominent. In response to issues such as the lack of regulatory standards, lagging legislation, and technical bottlenecks in China, this study conducted a demand analysis based on the Kano model using 227 questionnaires and innovatively proposed a framework for an AI intelligent driving supervision system that integrates vehicle, road, and cloud. The research results fill the gap in China, provide a basis for adding special provisions to the Road Traffic Safety Law, and offer a Chinese solution for global smart traffic governance. |
