Paper Abstract:
|
This study proposes a novel mobile education system designed to assist students in efficiently learning how to construct
electronic circuits that incorporate sensors and integrated circuits. The proposed system sequentially recognizes circuit
images and identifies errors and inappropriate parts as each circuit element is connected. In addition, it provides guidance
to learners on how to correct these errors and rectify any inappropriate parts in their constructed circuits. The
effectiveness of the system was evaluated through experiments in which 20 undergraduate students built an ultrasonic
object-detecting circuit. Comparative tests between two groups, one using the proposed system and the other not,
demonstrated the system's efficacy. |
