Paper Abstract:
|
The Internet content blocking system focusing on child pornography was deployed from April 11th 2011 in Japan. In this article, the technical characteristics of the system, the political situation of administrative offices and industries, and findings are described. This case study indicates an alternation of Internet regulatory point of controls and a power shift of regulators. |
