Paper Abstract:      Several studies have shown that the increasing use of information and communication technology (ICT) in the professional and personal life has largely contributed to the blurring of boundaries between these two spheres. This paper examines the reorganization of the boundaries between professional and personal life from the perspective of individual investment in relation to ICT. It present hypothesis of four models of relationships between personal and professional life, based on specific forms of ICT use: the segmentation model, the integration model, the hybridization model and the spillover model.
