Paper Abstract:
|
This study explores how teachers' attitudes towards ICT and classroom diversity of students with special educational needs (SEN) influence the use of educational technologies. Introducing the Simpson Index as a novel measure of SEN diversity, results highlight that personal satisfaction with technology use predicts its adoption, particularly in more diverse classrooms. These findings emphasize the motivational and contextual factors critical for inclusive education and suggest implications for teacher training and policy. |
