Paper Abstract:      We propose a functional architecture of the computer-assisted visual attention assessment to enhance graphical representation of visual neglect. The purpose of the computer-assisted cancellation test system (CACTS) is to evaluate and report visual neglect patterns as well as the geographic center of the neglect. In this paper, 3 participants with right brain lesion (RBL) and 2 participants with left brain lesion (LBL) were studied for their visuo-spatial inattention problem. The exploratory paths of the participants’ visual search were illustrated and their temporal and process outcomes were compared with the scores of Behavior Inattention Test (BIT).
