Paper Abstract:      This paper presents an agent-based approach to assisting learners to dynamically adjust learning processes. The online learning process is first investigated where the importance of learning plans as support to online learning is highlighted. A way to help learners develop personalized preferred learning plans and guide them throughout the plans is outlined. Then, the related implementation techniques are described.
