Paper Abstract:      This paper presents an Interoperability Framework, based on Web Services technology, which allows improving government-citizen and government-business interactions by supplying a single access point for e-government services. The proposed Framework represents a new kind of cooperation based on an application level that goes beyond the usual interoperability services. The paper describes the prototypal framework, built on open standards, and finally presents a sample application (Tourism Promotion Web Site) as an experimental result.
