Paper Abstract:      E-learning as an instructional option in higher education institutions has steadily increased in the past ten years. The introducing of e-learning within higher education represents a significant change in teaching practice, which needs to be carefully managed using appropriate organizational strategies. The Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education declared introducing e-learning into the Egyptian universities. This study examines the effect of introducing e-learning into the Egyptian universities and suggests ways for higher education institutions to take them into consideration to assure successes of this medium.
