Paper Abstract:
|
This paper explores the process of developing and distributing leadership capacity to teachers through the use of on-line instructional technology, sound curriculum content, and more personalized interactions between all participants in this elearning community. The papers thesis is anchored to a theory of distributed leadership, and is developed in the context of a graduate teacher education program. The authors pose a model to explain the interactions in this learning community. Both theoretical and practical perspectives are explored. |
