Paper Abstract:      This poster intends to showcase the state of the art initiatives of the Mobile Learning around the world, based on published studies and on going projects along Europe, USA, Asia, Africa and South America. Since Mobile Age is now reality, and many dimensions of mobile life have became people’s life style itself, learning is also an ongoing activity and must be understood within the context of diversity environments, and individuals distinctive needs, generate in function of the “on the go life style”. The results should be applied in developing countries which have faced educational challenges such as digital divide and other social problems such as ICT access to services, understanding the added value of the information, structural and functional illiteracy. We based our mobility dimensions analysis in Maslow Theory (figure 1) of human needs, correlating different needs of learning with mobility and motivation among the various stages of people’s life.
