Paper Abstract:
|
Currently, there is a gap in creating user relationships along with publicly available Linked Data that already exist in the web. In this paper, we present an approach for annotating digital material uploaded by the users of a social collaborative platform, with instance data from public linked biomedical data sources. We present the challenges that exist in the medical field in terms of technology and usability. We also explain the importance of weaving users social information with Linked Data, and present a prototype implementation of our approach. |
