Paper Abstract:      The dairy sector requires the formative methodologies and equipment to be as real, applicable and connected with the specific context of the professional practice as possible. The Objective of this work was to create an useful formation tool based on Internet which allows to emulate the production practices contributing the theoretical knowledge necessary to supplement the formative contribution of the teacher (in facilities and process). The technology that was chosen is based on Internet, so we have a large interaction and access to different knowledge sources, it ensures a process of continuous improvement of the formative service and it develops, at the same time, other kinds of learning processes NTIC. On the other hand, the answers based on Internet allow to have the simultaneous use in numerous contents and courses with no extra costs. The teaching methodology we have constructed on is based on the premise that the students’ learning is as meaningful, understanding and practical as possible. We obtain that the knowledge construction of the student follows a logic sequence that always starts from the simple to the complex, basis of any formative process. The teacher can identify 4 levels clearly defined that are arranged in sequence: Step by step, Assisted, Non-assisted and Exam. Technologies used: The simulator is supported by a web environment using, mainly, flash technology for its graphic interface. The programming part uses, basicly, actionscript, java, javascritp and php.
