Paper Abstract:      Matrix reordering algorithms tries to group similar rows and columns and show patterns. Earlier work tested and compared some of these algorithms on binary data matrices, and revealed that PQR Sort SR returned good results in terms of execution time and quality of reordered matrix. This paper presents a variation of the PQR Sort SR algorithm able to reorder matrices of quantitative data. Synthetic data exemplify the output of this algorithm.
