Paper Abstract:      Mobile devices have become an essential part of everyday’s life. The rapid improvements in mobile devices technologies enabled them to provide many services to their users such as mobile Web Services. However, mobile devices were not designed to provide these services; their security systems are not strong enough to protect user transactions. Therefore, mobile communication security must be enhanced in order to protect users’ privacy in remote authentication. Biometric Encryption provides a high level security solution. It uses person biometrics to regenerate an encryption key on-the-fly. This key will be stronger than password and less complex than biometric data, which balances between security and performance. In this paper, biometric encryption will be introduced to mobile Web Services authentication.
