Paper Abstract:
|
Almost every simple application in an information system works with a (relational) database. Two are the main benefits of working with a fuzzy relational database: first of all, the representation of imperfect data brings to us the possibility of representing data in a more realistic way. In the other hand, the flexible querying allows the user to specify his/her own preferences. Nevertheless, the use of fuzzy temporal databases is not so extended. In this work we will explain the major benefits and uses of a fuzzy temporal database in information systems. |
