Paper Abstract:
|
This paper describes user authentication mechanisms for home network. User authentication mechanisms for home network is about the user authentication method for home network system that enables the only registered users to the home server through user authentication, to use home network system. By using EAP to provide various authentication means in user authentication, characteristic and convenience for users, is considered so that internal home members can conveniently receive a user authentication service. A safe user authentication method for home network system is suggested so that user authentication can be made by the authentication method that the user prefers, even if the means of authentication requested by the home network provider server is different from that of the user, through user authentication information mapping function. |
