Paper Abstract:
|
The process of choosing the best treatment out of several treatment options, is a key area of clinical decision making in Medicine. This paper describes the development of a Decision Support System known as Treatment Evaluation System (TES) in Psychiatry, including the underlying formal model used for evaluating treatment options. The underlying formal model is generic in nature, and can be adopted for evaluating treatment decisions in other branches of Clinical Medicine. |
