Paper Abstract:      Web enabled Social media tools allow for the mixture of various networks, and helps to realize the objectives of being active in the real life collaborative development platforms. This paper will present a Knowledge Management (KM) platform based on social web plays, in the gathering, classification, and verification of knowledge generated from internal and external sources. Social media means to get connected. KM cannot survive without connecting the groups with the same area of interest. Being connected is all about people, knowledge and opportunities.
