Paper Abstract:      In the last decades, organizations have built more complex software products, and the problems that occur in this development have increased. The accomplishment of successful projects is an important growing factor to the organizations. The success concept is different from a person to another and even more organizations need to understand their stakeholders demand. Because of this, the use of project management maturity models is frequent in order to support the processes development and project management best practices execution. Project management maturity analysis still is complex and organizations are inclined to adopt a specific model. Identifying and assessing maturity models correctly is a key factor in the software management success. In this context, this paper proposes some indicators to represent the actual status of maturity in information technology organizations. As results, we obtained 20 indicators of project management maturity using GQM paradigm and success perspectives: projects, manager, client, business, future, and portfolio.
