Paper Abstract:      In a limited information space, a person can establish a decision or calculate Bayesian inferences biased. Indeed, in absence of any informative space or of capacity to revalue these decision or calculation, biases can appear. The main goal is to look how we can increase the structure or the information partition, that increases the individual’s interest to make him able to calculate a better probability of the event. In this order, social web seems to become unmistakably the space of communication and on the informative practices. It is necessary to understand how the Web 2.0 works. For this purpose, we shall study the underlying elements, which can bring a user to act in a collective question.
