Paper Abstract:
|
This paper discusses universality in design, as a concept that must be addressed in systems intended to a broad diversity
of users like in socially-responsible interaction designs such as e-government services. Universality is built upon three
well-known, yet slightly different concepts: universal usability, universal accessibility and universal design. A discussion
about user diversity and universality is also presented. |
