Paper Abstract:
|
Today any technology company needs to have a proper development process that allows workers to improve the quality
of each of its products. This process must be implanted in any company even if resistance could be expected from
employees. In this paper the implantation of one of those processes in a company as Clay Formación Internacional will be
described, and all advantages and disadvantages that it brings. In this case the agile process called SCRUM was selected.
Also throughout this paper the techniques that accompany this process will be outlined. |
