Paper Abstract:      In the last years, it has been noticeable the rapid development of technologies related to mobile devices, like handhelds and smart phones, which are provided with wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and can be used as potential means of knowledge propagation. Due to this development, it is noticeable the pursuit of these ultra portable devices which are capable of accessing available contents in the world wide web. Thus, there is a challenge to develop a way of adapting these contents to make them usable by devices with many different interface characteristics (mainly screen sizes and browser content limitations). In most web sites we can see a lack of concern towards adapting the layout so that the content can be nicely presented on small devices. Thus, this essay focuses on the presentation of some practical rules for web site developers on how to turn page content adaptable and properly able to be exhibited in the largest number of devices.
