Paper Abstract:      The new economic and competitive landscape of the Net Economy focused on the world wide web and based on the modern information and communications technologies have bring about new innovation opportunities and new tools that represent the knots of networks for knowledge and information exchange. The major results associated with these changes consist on the creation of new business models for strategic competitiveness of firms and organizations. Departing from this foundations the aim of this paper is to find out the main components that build up an effective and innovative business model for Filmcommisions. The Filmcommission is a hub based on an internet architecture that allows "the exhibition of a territory in the world virtual showcase" codifying the whole relative knowledge, making all information available on line, the news and the images, both for the economic operators of a determined sector, in our case the productions cine-audio visual, and for "agents" of the boundless agorà cybernetic.
