Paper Abstract:
|
Many companies are transitioning to a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) style for their information systems. Thus universities need to introduce SOA into their IS curricula. However practical student exercises in SOA are hampered by the scarcity of freely available software services which students can integrate into working SOA composite applications. We describe ongoing work to develop Open SOALab, a collection of such services made freely available for download to help support SOA teaching and research. |
