Paper Abstract:
|
This short paper presents an
in-progress research work that is aimed at analyzing the suitability of software quality models to organizations that develop applications for e-Commerce.
The analysis is based on the perception of several authors in the literature and from data gathered in interviews with Brazilian e-Commerce organizations. Preliminary data on the distribution of problems experienced by these organizations indicates that existing software quality models may fail to provide a fully effective framework to support the development of e-Commerce applications. |
