Paper Abstract:      The advancements in technology as considered in education have rapidly shaped higher education. Generally called as e-learning, these approaches have found a common wide use almost in all universities throughout the world. The educators who want to benefit from the advantages of technology together with online learning environments preferred e-learning approaches. Thus, many programs and courses emerged or restructured according to this new approach, in order to provide an alternative learning opportunity based on information and communication technologies. However, successful implementation should base on real indicators to guarantee the success for teaching-learning process. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to disclose the possible indicators of success, which will guide any faculty member and institution who want to use e-learning approach. Based on this idea, this paper starts with recent literature and proposes an evaluation framework and possible success indicators for e-learning context.
