Paper Abstract:      The main subject of the research study is the students' perception towards Mobile Moodle provision and usage at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, as a case university that offers E-learning using the Moodle in Egypt. Egypt was selected as a good representative of mobile usage in the Middle East, with a population around 80 millions, and a total number of mobile subscribers over 55 millions. The study uses a questionnaire to investigate: 'How do students perceive Mobile Moodle provision and use in Egypt?' Data was collected at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and analyzed using SPSS. Significant results were obtained.
