Paper Abstract:      This article presents a process that uses the implicit information from navigational behavior and fuzzy ontology for sites personalization according to the preferences of the users. These preferences are organized into profiles and provide the basis of the personalization process, aiming the improvement of the services for the users. In this process not only the history of navigation and preferences detected or expressed by the user are considered for personalization but also the types of devices and networks used for communication, and even the content presented. The process stands out for directing the architecture of the site to provide personalized services.
