Paper Abstract:
|
The paper outlines a software approach to solve tasks of shop-floor production planning and control in discrete manufacturing systems by using simulation and evaluating by multi-objective performance indices the obtained fine schedules. Backgrounds of production planning and control activities, some MES functions, as well as the model used for solving the fine scheduling tasks are also presented. Some practical results support suitability of the proposed approach. |
