Paper Abstract:      Sharing economy became a buzzword connected with - frequently diametrically - opposite meanings, practices, and broader transformational effects. The paper reviews various trends and their significance in context of e-Society developments. The on demand platform economy generates disruptive trends. Platform cooperativism in turn facilitates commons-based peer production. Cooperative relations feed backing with changing patterns of value perception, creation, and distribution provide significant transformational dynamism and capacity of social agency of sharing economy.
