Paper Abstract:

It can be said that industrial property, is an instrument of technological and industrial policies which regulates negotiations in technological commerce. The access to this institute is essential for researchers and companies. To facilitate the connection between research, business-oriented industrial protection and management, the nucleus of information technology from Santa Catarina - NECATI, allied to other partners, developed a technological tool called system for registration of industrial property production SERPI. The aim is to congregate, in the same environment, data and efficient and consolidated information to identify institutional problems allowing the planning of investments in a more controlled and efficient research and development. The development of a specific database can generate an important base of strategic information for the most varied sectors, directing investments in a better way and strengthening the industry of Santa Catarina state and Brazil. Through SERPI, there will be a commercial net involving the productive and academic sectors in order to attract more resources and redirect investments towards the domestic market. |
