Paper Abstract:      The issue of telemedicine shows how close the relationship between law and medicine is .It also becomes apparent that if law is to be a useful tool for solving social problems, it has to respect the development of new technologies. Telemedicine is an area of interest of the medical and information technology environments. Legal approach to telemedicine, is an issue that has been comitted in Polish literature and practice so far. This paper presents merely a few selected issues. The impressions below, however, show the picture of how cognitively rich telemedicine issues are in Poland. The development of telemedicine inclines makes us ask a question of: what a patient-doctor relation involves in the contemporary world and if an unquestionable process of dehumanization of treatment can unambiguously become part of legal framework.
