Paper Abstract:

Threats to information security are increasing as a corollary of the advent of the ubiquitous society, while the
development of the u-City has led to a flood of unethical and antisocial contents via various information media and cyber
crimes that threaten the individuals property and life. If the relevant security factors are not fully considered while
developing new IT services that are being merged within the u-City, serious problems could occur with the u-City service
in terms of security and reliability.
This paper identifies the threats and security countermeasures regarding RFID among the core infrastructures which form
the basis of the u-City, and proposes security requirements for introducing equipment. |
