Paper Abstract:      This article presents the architectonic principles of a CiRM- or Citizen Relationship Management logic, as is to be used in the front offices that have been under discussion for some years. Its intended application is aimed at facilitating a comprehensive and integrated citizen and corporate relationship management. Thus a necessary clarification of terms for the front office area is followed by a clear definition of vertical and horizontal integrations between various components of the front office, and facilitation of the traceability and coordination of transactions between front and back office organizations and their applications. Due to its diverse and multidimensional nature, the definition and structuring of the appropriate logic proves to be a highly complex task, for which it may also be useful to take a look at the private sector.
