Paper Abstract:
|
Collaborative systems for business process management are often used to improve the productivity of organizations and
companies. For such systems, it is important to control all the variables and the status of all the stakeholders that are
involved into the processes. Furthermore, a real time control improves this monitoring.
This paper presents the component of a business process management software (namely Compass) dealing with controls
and indicators that have been introduced in that order to improve the employee satisfaction, the estimation of time and
criticalities, and the control of business processes in a organization. |
