Paper Abstract:      This paper proposes a paraconsistent fuzzy approach in the Deontic Logic in order to allow semantics enhancement for a specialist and knowledge engineer to work very near the reality with an Expert System. The Deontic Logic is based on obligatory, permitted or forbidden propositions instead of the Classical Logic concepts of true or false. This approach of deontic inference provides improvement in rules interpretation for many areas that need decision making systems. This paper presents the necessity to derogate some axioms of Deontic Logic, that may limit some conclusions, and then we treat a Paraconsistent Fuzzy Deontic Logic for decision making process, which enables a specialist to transcribe certain rules into a decision making system.
