Paper Abstract:
|
This paper explores the effects of users virtual Facebook networks on their use of the medium as a tool for coping with stressors in daily life. It also investigates the importance of users subjective network perception. If a user perceives her network as bridging social capital, then she will also more likely use Facebook for coping. Implications are shortly discussed and results are included. |
