Paper Abstract:
|
The Ising model is one of the most famous problems in physical science. At the present time, the Ising model also has applications in many fields outside the physical science. While in one and two dimensions this model has exact solutions, there are none in three dimensions. Thus, computer simulation is the only avenue to understand the Ising model in three dimensions. We present a parallel algorithm to simulate the Ising model in three dimensions that has possible applications to simulate real systems. |
