Paper Abstract:      The management of “learning content” presents a number of challenges. A well-designed Learning Content Management System (LCMS) provides trainers and subject matter experts with an intuitive method to create, review, analyze, and reuse learning content—a complex process which requires as approach based around the users’ goals. In this paper I outline a Web-enabled, user-centered LCMS design approach, and describe key components of an LCMS which has been created using this approach.
