Paper Abstract:
|
MuseePal is a mobile-based AI-powered tour guide designed to enrich the museum experience by combining real-time
image recognition with conversational retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Focusing on lesser-known artifacts at the
Grand Egyptian Museum, the system addresses gaps left by generic large language models. It leverages YOLOv12 for
artifact detection and integrates Gemini through a RAG pipeline to deliver precise, contextually relevant historical
responses. This paper is organized around the problem motivation, dataset collection, YOLOv12 training, RAG integration,
voice interaction pipeline, backend architecture, mobile implementation, system evaluation, and future development
roadmap. |
