Paper Abstract:      The aim of this work was to present a system for tracking animals using a structure of wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee. The system uses wireless communication technology (RSSF), with data storage in MySQL 6.5 and front-end developed in C ++, to communicate to sensors installed on the animals with the receiving and transmitting stations data, in order to storage in a central server. The monitored variables were animal code, temperature (environment) and electroencephalogram- EEG (animal). The system was functional, managing all data collected at communication among animals, radio base station and the system central.
