Paper Abstract:      Model Driven Development (MDD) paradigm is currently most prominent and promising direction of software development. It brings potential benefits and despite a lot of skepticism and problems, MDD paradigm is being used and improved to accomplish this potential benefits. Although considerable efforts are invested in the MDD paradigm in order to solve problems that are encountered, methodology support has been largely overlooked. It remains insufficient because it does not provide a concrete and comprehensive process for governing software development activities 0. Furthermore, some MDD concepts and ideas which are already realized aren’t explicitly related to any existing software development methodologies. For some software development segments such as web requirements 0 and web services 0, MDD principles are implemented and well described. But comprehensive set of guidance or better said development process with phases, activities and roles are still missing. All of this leads to the conclusion that it is necessary for the MDD paradigm to have MDD methodology. As a result of research, in this paper, author defines some methodological aspects, which is primarily necessary to analyze in defining methodology suitable for the MDD.
