Paper Abstract:
|
In this paper, a method-mix for intercultural user interface design (IUID) is explained and exemplified by an application
example to elucidate why and how cultural aspects play a role in UI design and usability/UX engineering. The readers are
sensitized to the challenges of intercultural usability/UX engineering and intercultural UI design and will be equipped with
methodological knowledge relevant to the derivation of recommendations for user interface design in their desired cultural
contexts. |
