Paper Abstract:      The traditional tasks of educators are varying in these days, due to the growing importance of teaching and learning using new technological devices and communication techniques. E-learning is a challenge in education and instructors spend a great amount of energy when they face up to it. E-learning also entails to educators continuous and intensive learning of new techniques. The support of team teaching can help professors to overcome much of the difficulties of developments in e-learning. This work reviews of team teaching organization and proposes a collaborative matrix model in order to obtain best performance in higher-level e-learning projects.
