Paper Abstract:      This article concerns the search and composition of learning objects (resources) that are available in the Web. Resources may be reused to compose new ones. As there are more and more collections of such objects, more sophisticated search and reuse techniques are needed. We assume that learning objects are structured, i.e. composed of other objects. We propose, in this paper, an iterative search paradigm where the user navigates over the structure of the learning objects and chooses the interesting ones to compose his/her own objects. To achieve this goal, the user has access to intermediate results of the navigational search. Our proposal is based on a query language that we informally describe here.
