Paper Abstract:
|
This paper presents a design of information retrieval architecture for service systems. The solution is designed and
optimized for considerate and efficient access to data sources the information retrieval from data sources becomes
faster. We assert that service system which uses the presented solution can solve problems with variability of data
sources. Special agent Route Manager is responsible for communication between other agents of the service system and
external data sources. The Route Manager knows how to access information from external data sources, so the other
agents do not need to know it. They only request the Route Manager to return information of the given kind. Agents of
the service system (except for the Route Manager) do not need to communicate directly with various external data
sources. Routes from the service system to data sources are built dynamically according to current requirements and state
of the service system. |
