Paper Abstract:
|
Business processes and consumer behavior have been dealt with independently, both in research and practice. However they are tightly interrelated, and it seems important to reveal the effects of their interactions in order to establish more effective and efficient business processes. This paper proposes a Colored Petri Net (CPN) based model integration for business processes and consumer behavior. By this approach, independently built models of business processes and consumer behavior are easily connected and integrated into a single CPN model with minimal modification. This integrated model reflects the interactions between business processes and consumer behavior, and therefore we can evaluate their effects on the business processes for refinement and improvement. |
